I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received here. I felt like none of my concerns were taken seriously from the start. After getting a shot over three weeks ago, my pain went from a manageable 6–7 to an unbearable 12–15. Before the shot, I was able to walk and function with only occasional discomfort. Since then, I’ve had to rely on a walker or wheelchair and can’t stand, walk, sit, or even lie down without constant, severe pain.
I called almost every day for a week, desperate for help, and kept being told this was “normal” and to just “ice and take Tylenol.” I didn’t feel heard at all. It wasn’t until I finally emailed that anyone seemed to take my situation seriously—and by then, it was too late. I ended up spending my honeymoon in bed or being pushed around because I could barely move, and we had to cancel nearly everything we planned.
I truly wish my concerns had been taken seriously from the beginning. Now I’m searching for new doctors and facing the possibility of needing rushed surgery because of how much my condition has worsened. This experience has been overwhelming and discouraging, and I’m sharing it in hopes that no one else has to go through the same thing.
